Email hello@calmyourbaby.app from the address you used to buy Premium, and say you'd like a refund. That's all we need — no forms, and no explanation required.
We aim to reply within two working days. Once approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method via Stripe and usually appears within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days.
Because Premium is digital content delivered immediately, this right can in principle be waived — but we do not ask you to waive it. You keep the full 14-day withdrawal period, and you keep access to Premium while you decide. Our policy is deliberately more generous than the law requires.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights, including your rights if the service is faulty or not as described.
Premium is a one-time purchase, so there is no subscription to cancel and nothing further will ever be charged to you. Past 14 days we're not obliged to refund, but if something has gone wrong — the app isn't working for you, or you were charged in error — email us anyway. We would rather fix it than have you feel short-changed.
If Premium audio won't play or your purchase didn't unlock, that is a fault on our side and not a change-of-mind case. Contact us and we will either fix it or refund you in full, regardless of how long ago you purchased.
If you were charged twice, or bought Premium on an account you can no longer access, email us with the payment details and we will sort it out.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled a refund, please contact us first — most issues are resolved in a single email. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
